Ask Tammy... Controlling Anger Makes Life Easier

‘Ask Tammy’ is back!

This month, Tammy and her Occupational Therapist, Mishka, tackled the topic: “Controlling Anger Makes Life Easier.”

Tammy covers terminology, statistics, tips and tricks! She also goes over how anger impacts TBIs and how to manage anger.

At Communicare, when a member expresses interest in something, we listen. Tammy has a passion for educating her co-workers and those around her. Her brochures are just one way in which she’s able to do that.
