Entela is a clinical therapist with a Masters and a Post Masters specialization in Mental Health from Oakland University in 2015. She has specialized training in Psychometrics. She works with all types of people ranging from children to the elderly, as well as couples and families. She works especially close with clients that have been diagnosed with traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and other maladies. Entela’s experiences include Macomb County Crisis Center and volunteering at different non profit organizations such as Beaumont Hospital, American Heart Association and Kohl’s Care for Children. Entela has been trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), an efficient and evidence –based therapy to reduce the symptoms of Posttraumatic Stress (PTSD) events. Entela uses various integrative therapeutic modalities and conducts assessments to provide client centered care. Entela has been an active member in the community for the past twelve years in which she mentors youth at the local community center by teaching character development and Albanian language and culture classes. Entela also organizes social events and fundraisers to provide education and assistance to the community such as an annual Domestic Violence seminar each spring, Women's International Day and other educational events. Due to her strong community involvement, she has received multiple awards for her dedication and her work in the community.
